The provided AWS Outposts infrastructure is fully managed, maintained, and supported by AWS directly to deliver access to the latest AWS capabilities for our customers.
The Outposts Technical Program Manager role will manage across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain to deliver an unparalleled customer experience that drives our ability to scale.
In this role, you will be a manager of 2-6 individual contributors in support-based roles worldwide who process procurement, shipping, asset management, and reporting requests to support a worldwide Operations team.
You will be responsible for establishing robust support mechanisms and identify and lead process improvement opportunities to drive collaboration and to deliver results for our customers.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to earn trust and influence as well as exhibit excellent communication skills.
The ability to dive deep to identify issues with field execution and work closely with our internal Operations and Supply Chain teams and our partners to drive solutions is key.
You must be able to execute and iterate on processes to drive consistency in delivery.
The Operations Support Manager is responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and supervising this team.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
