As a RL operational lead you will be responsible for coordinating and directing operational third party services to ensure operational standards are meeting AWS business expectations.
Responsibilities will include tactical and strategic functions supporting multiple AWS RL programs including failure analysis, sparing, third party processing and expansion of existing capabilities.
This role plays a critical part in holding our third party service providers operationally accountable based on negotiated terms and KPI performance as well as driving improvement for internal processes.
To achieve this, the candidate will need to partner with multiple internal and external teams to drive accountability, process improvement and process expansion.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Cross functional coordination and task tracking of internal and external partners Ability to manage multiple deployments of complex projects simultaneously Ensure that you and the team remain customer obsessed, remembering the community is our customer Communications across various parties to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program Strategic planning and forecasting to evaluate effectiveness of existing mechanisms and iterate appropriatelyWork within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard to ensure we resolve issues raised by our community membersWork location is Florence, KY.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
