We are currently seeking a Data Center Operations Specialist to join our team in Florence, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).
The Data Center Team is responsible for overall Data Center Management for both the Florence Ky and Cincinnati OH locations, including Infrastructure and Operations for a multitude of clients across the globe. In support of this, we are excited to train a new teammate.
This position will be three 12 hour shifts with a rotating Saturday; overnight position with shift differential may be available.
Role Responsibilities
Daily work will consist of any or all of the following primary duties:
- Data Center s Single point of contact for incoming calls and group email
- Respond to alarms in timely manner and update tickets as required
- Interacts with multiple ticketing systems to organize the teams daily Change Board and workflow
- Verifies that all visitors to the Data Center floor meet NTT s Access Requirements
- Escorts vendors to the Data Center Floor
- Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Management
- Backup Tape Handling
- Basic hardware support
- Other duties as directed that support world class management of the Data Center
- Intermediate hardware (break/fix), troubleshooting connectivity issues and replacement of hardware components
- Installation / De-installation of hardware, cabling and maintaining of database
- Full Time Position in a Dynamic 24x7x365 organization.
- Shift could include 12 hours, 3 days per week then 4 days a week following, beginning 7pm.
- This position will include rotating weekends and holidays.
Basic Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to type at least 25 wpm

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
