AWS Transportation Coordinator

The AWS transportation team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transportation Coordinator to manage the day to day transportation operations for one of the fastest growing industries in the world.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic and driven team.
An ideal candidate has a background in transportation and excellent data driven problem resolution skills.
They have the ability to work with external parties/influence others, pull and analyze data with ease, drive process improvements, standardize processes, and eliminate the root cause of defects within the current systems.
This job will require solid communication skills while having the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
In this role you will:
Engage in daily tactical communication with external vendors (Logistics Service Providers) and internal customersAnalyze data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform reporting and analysis as neededPublish performance metrics to assist with driving business resultsQuickly and efficiently understand the business impact of observed trends and make decisions based on available dataIdentify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency in Amazon's transportation operationsWork with multiple stakeholder teams in the Supply Chain to jointly solve problems and implementing standardsWork within time constraints to meet critical business needsThis role might be for you if:
You are passionate about international transportation and have an interest in cloud computing supply chain.
You enjoy working with data to analyze and report complex data sets to drive optimal business decisions.
(excel pivots, SQL basics) You own decisions from inception to implementation.
You own continuous improvement efforts using your program management skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
