JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports to: Foreman
Description: Responsible for Job-Site preparation, construction/installation of new roofs and job-site cleanup.
Essential Functions:
o Basic math reasoning and problem solving techniques
o Ability to use and read tape measure
o Frequent lifting and carrying 30 - 50 pounds, occasionally more
o Frequent bending, kneeling and stooping
o Standing for long periods of time
o Acending/decending ladders and working at various heights
o Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold)
o Ability to work overtime as needed (including weekends)
o Knowledge of hand tools and power tools, ability to use safely
o Strong attention to detail
o Maintain all OSHA safety guidelines at all times
o Wear proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
o Be on time, be responsible and be reliable
o Take initiative and ask about other work that needs to be completed

o De pie durante largos per odos de tiempo
o Acender / descender escaleras y trabajo en diferentes alturas
o Capacidad para trabajar en temperaturas extremas (calor o fr o)
o Capacidad para trabajar horas extras cuando sea necesario (inclu dos los fines de semana)
o Conocimiento de las herramientas manuals y el ctricas, y capacidad para utilizarlas de manera segura
o Fuerte atenci n al detalle
o Mantener todas las normas de seguridad de OSHA en todo momento
o Uso adecuado de EPI (Equipos de Protecci n Personal)
