Maintenance Technician needed for automotive client in Northern Kentucky. You should have strong PLC troubleshooting background in a heavy industrial environment. You will troubleshoot, conduct preventative maintenance and improve electrical, electronic, hydraulic,
servo hydraulic, mechanic and pneumatic systems, maintain precision alignment and repeatability of robotic systems.
Must be open to 2nd shft
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician
Troubleshoot and program PLC's
Install, troubleshoot and/or repair water, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic systems
Perform preventative maintenance programs on hydraulic, mechanic and pneumatic systems
Requirements for the Maintenance Technician
Strong maintenance background in heavy industry
Experience with servo hydraulics and servo pneumatics, high resolution positioning, load cells, AC servo drives, electrorobotic systems, electronic test equipment
Understand AC/DC circuits, motor wiring, electrical and safety codes for machine wiring
