Select Staffing, a premier national staffing company, is seeking a sharp, motivated candidate with at least 2 years of similar experience to fill a challenging on-site supervisor position with a local distribution company in the Florence, KY area! If you would enjoy working with customers in a fast paced, challenging, team-oriented environment and are looking for a career path, this is the place for you!
Duties will include production line management, recruiting, interviewing, payroll, safety oversight, coaching and counseling and retention of temporary employees.
MUST be willing to work 4 ten hour days depending on scheduling needs (does not normally include weekends).
Position Requirements:
Production experience in a distribution environment is vital to providing depth to our client relationship.
Able to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels of internal management and client's management team.
Able to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing industry.
Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
