Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering.
3+ years plant engineering experience including extensive piping, steam and boiler work.
Ability to design, model, calculate, specify, source and oversee fabrication, installation and commissioning.
Track record managing capital projects
Expert knowledge of boiler codes, piping codes, piping sizes, flow rates, valve sizing, pumps, pump piping, steam driven motors, steam driven turbines, and proper installation practices.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
