o Manages the day-to-day site operations for assigned contract requirements.o Plans and schedules work assignments ensuring adequate staff.o Prioritizes work efforts and personnel in order to provide timely service and minimize any potential customer concerns.o Assists program manager with hiring and training personnel.o Recommends, documents, and oversees policies and procedures.o Coordinates with the Program Manager to ensure all activities are completed and reported properly.o Manage Team Attendanceo Conduct Corrective Action Counselingo Coordinate with onsite IRS management.o Performs other job-related duties as requiredSite Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
o HS education required and 2-3 years of management & personnel training experience.o Excellent team management/leadership skills.o Greatly developed problem analysis and critical thinking experience.o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.o Ability to plan and execute projects.o Highly driven, self-managed individual who demonstrates initiative.o Ability to proactively assess and mitigate risk.o Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques and experience preferred.o Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee FederalCompany Information:
