We are seeking a successful Lease-Up Property Manager, driven by a fast-paced, collaborative environment, to take the reigns and responsibilities of a brand-new, luxury living lease-up in Florence, Kentucky.
The Lease-Up Property Manager will organize and lead a team while working toward the stabilization of the property, striving for the best through creativity and accountability.
The Lease-Up Property Manager will serve as a focal point of Uptown's brand for the execution of sales, marketing and operational activities.

Work to meet and exceed property KPI's through project launch period (including sales, product, budget, and customer experience metrics) Develop and execute aggressive and effective marketing strategies to meet Lease Up goals Assist Lease-Up Operations and Portfolio Managers with the preparation of the annual budget and operate the property within the budgeted guidelines Confirm units that are ready to be turned over to management Direct activities of all on-site personnel and collaborate with construction team Collect, track and manage all income and delinquency of rent Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up.
Community outreach in an effort to build relationships with businesses in the area Reflect Uptown's core principles, vision and values by demonstrating a professional and positive outlook with teammates, residents, vendors, and future residents Lease-Up Property Manager Requirements & Preferences:
