00PM with a 90 minute lunch break from 1-2:
30PM - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the office's scheduling system - Verify insurance information and collect necessary patient data - Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room - Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations Experience - Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred - Familiarity with patient service and administrative tasks - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
