Front Desk Manager
Courtyard by Marriott Florence Kentucky Courtyard by Marriott Florence Kentucky Florence, KY Florence, KY Full-time Full-time $16 - $17 an hour $16 - $17 an hour As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the daily hotel operations Front Desk.
Directly supervise the Front Desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
This includes hiring, training and performance reviews.
Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.
Champion the hotel brand in order to maintain hotel brand standards and heighten guest satisfaction (GSS).
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Develop and maintain a training plan for all new hires and an ongoing training system for current employees to ensure required training is completed as directed by Marriott.
Assists with direct sales by speaking with groups, travel agents and local companies to secure room nights.
Manage hotel expenses to ensure maximum profitability.
Remain highly visible and readily available for guests and team members at all times.
Complete all required training set forth by Marriott.
Verify daily cashier deposits and prepare bank deposits.
Daily and monthly accountability of cash on hand including cash drawers and safe.
Knowledge of all hotel systems including phone, PBX, key system, PMS, time clock and F&B.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
We are a 24/7 business which will require some days, nights, weekends and holidays.
