Technical Service Engineering Technician

Job DescriptionProvides support to Service Engineering, Service Engineering Tech(s) and customers/suppliers as required.
Supports Warranty Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Performs Product Flashing of Units and Kits for Aftermarket, Serial Production and Prototype requirements.
Enforces company policy and quality system (ISO/QS/ TS).
Work closely with EPS production supervisor(s), warranty, quality and technical service departments.
(locally and globally)Support After Market field programs returns and sorting activities as requiredGenerate respective reports dealing with testing and findings performed.
May be requested to temporarily Back-up Warranty Technicians based on market requirements and available capacity.
Assists Warranty Test Center in product return analysis including Performs testing of units utilizing Warranty Center.
Support with Diagnostic tests in a customer environment.
Support with validating service components when necessary.
Communicate with all internal customers.
Assist in the development of work instructions as required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
