We manage multiple properties in the tri-state area.
Your main role would be assisting Homeowners living in those properties by answering phone calls and emails along with general administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
Assist homeowners with their property-related questions and concerns Answer the phone and provide email correspondence Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and prepare outgoing mail Receive and input messages appropriately through a computer program Take payments and provide receipts Provide general administrative and clerical support Job Schedule:
Monday - Thursday :
8am to 5:
30pm Friday :
8am to Noon Job

Excellent customer service skills Excellent organizational skills Must be dependable Must be computer efficient Must be able to multi-task and work independently, while also being a team player Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing Pleasant phone manner Job Type:
