We manage multiple properties in the tri-state area.
Your main role would be assisting Homeowners living in those properties by answering phone calls and emails along with general administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
Assist homeowners with their property-related questions and concerns Answer the phone and provide email correspondence Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and prepare outgoing mail Receive and input messages appropriately through a computer program Take payments and provide receipts Provide general administrative and clerical support Job Schedule:
Monday - Thursday :
8am to 5:
30pm Friday :
8am to Noon Job

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
