Florence, KY Florence, KY Full-time Full-time Up to $18 an hour Up to $18 an hour Position Summary Midwest Auto Store is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to assist in our Service Department as we explore and establish new and exciting strategies to manage current and incoming lot inventory.
The Service Dept Assistant will be responsible for working directly with customers from scheduling appointments to completion of service, as well as assisting the Service Advisor(s) in maintaining all phases of lot inventory inspections to ensure and maintain overall vehicle quality.
With an inventory of 300 vehicles, this is a challenging and but REWARDING opportunity for the right candidate.

Identifying the service client's needs & taking appropriate action Responding to e-mail and internet questions via outbound phone calls/e-mails Ability to maintain and grow customer relationships Some data entry (entering tech notes, closing repair orders, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
