Job Description:
You will be responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of ACI-LubesCo.
Your duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions.
These duties include:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Updating customers on their open sales orders Contacting vendors for new ship dates on purchase orders that are past due Helping & issuing customer order returns Maintain customer accounts and record account information.
