The AWS Reverse Logistics Operation team offers worldwide data centers a centralized means to sort, function test, in-warranty return, and disposition server and networking components that break or are no longer needed in the fleet.
The team is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven Returns Warranty Specialist to support its CVG (OR DUB) reverse logistics operation by investigating and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to return failed in-warranty materials from the fleet.
This role will be responsible for satisfying safety, security, quality, and performance requirements by investigating warranty status for multiple part types across a broad range of vendor platforms, organizing and staging pending materials, coordinating with vendors to return qualifying materials, and capturing and reporting data points critical to business success.

o Coordinating with onsite personnel and leadership to receive, sort, and organize parts pending warranty researcho Using available tools to investigate warranty status for multiple part types and vendorso Acting as principle point of contact for vendor-facing communicationso Managing investigative ticket queues and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain SLAso Maintaining accurate records of investigative activity and resultso Maintaining departmental 5S and cleanlinesso Act as local RMA subject matter expert, providing updates and reports to leadership as neededo Assisting material handling teams to receive, outbound, maneuver, and manage inventory through the warehouse as neededThis role might be a good fit for you if you:
